安徽泗县人,中共党员,2019年毕业于南京农业大学,获博士学位。中国农业科学院饲料研究所副研究员、硕士生导师,兼任沈阳农业大学、浙江农林大学校外硕士生导师。

科研情况
主要从事猪消化道微生物研究,重点围绕消化道微生物及其代谢产物对母猪繁殖性能和仔猪肠道健康的调控机制展开深入探索,并基于研究成果开发提升母猪繁殖性能和仔猪肠道健康的相关营养调控策略及益生菌、益生元等微生态产品,为猪健康养殖和绿色畜牧业发展提供科学依据和技术支持。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、中国博士后科学基金、中国农科院创新工程及院企合作项目等科研项目20余项;累计发表SCI论文60余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者在Microbiome、mSystems、Animal Nutrition等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文20余篇;获授权国家发明专利3件、实用新型专利2件、软件著作权2件;参编著作2部;获河北省科学技术成果1项、杨胜营养科技创新奖1项。受邀担任Frontiers in Microbiology杂志副主编、ISME Journal杂志编委、iMeta杂志青年编委及教育部学位中心评审专家。
